Hello, I’m Noemi!

I’m a UX researcher and designer with a background in art education, where I spent a decade teaching, building programs, and growing opportunities for students. That experience taught me how to listen deeply, design for diverse needs, and bring creative ideas to life.

While earning my Master’s in UX Design, I had the opportunity to work with IBM and American Airlines, where I conducted research, collaborated in agile teams, and helped create intuitive digital products. My passion lies in uncovering insights that bridge the gap between people and technology, making everyday interactions more straightforward and more meaningful.

Today, I am equipped with the skills to:

  • Deliver focused, insightful, and actionable findings by thoroughly analyzing various primary and secondary data types.

  • Develop, implement, and improve research methods designed to address the right questions, such as competitive analysis, surveys, remote testing, and A/B testing.

  • Transform insights into quantifiable customer experience results that align with business objectives.

I am passionate about leveraging research to create meaningful, user-centered solutions that drive user satisfaction and business success.
